While I had planned to stay maybe 1 or 2 nights in Kotor, instead I stayed for a grand total of about one hour. I have visited before, and have even taken some of my favourite travel photographs ever here (see here and here). But once again, the place I thought I knew has been transformed from winter to summer by overtourism, which can be felt strongly within the narrow streets of the tiny old town. Oh well.
Up and away to the mountains. Around the corner, a young man asked for water to cool down his car, as smoke was coming out of the coolant tank.
